Our Story

Our grandparents immigrated from the regions of Lombardy, Abruzzo and Calabria, Italy. “Alessandro” is not just a name, he is the 10 little fingers that help his parents Tony and Leah Pisano create each and every order. Alessandro is an 11 year old 5th grade student who enjoys to cook. In our Italian-American family, more than pasta is made in our kitchen. We make memories and learn the value of hard work. We teach our son that the simple things in life bring the most joy. Most importantly, we keep traditions alive from the generations that came before us who taught us how to create these family recipes.
