Our Story

Our family immigrated to the United States from the Regions of Lombardy, Abruzzo and Calabria, Italy. “Alessandro" is not just a name, he is the 10 little fingers that help his parents Tony and Leah Pisano create each and every order. Alessandro is an 9 year old third grade student that has grown up in the kitchen and loves to cook. In our Italian-American family, more than pasta is made in our kitchen. We make memories and learn the value of hard work. We teach our son that the simple things in life bring the most joy. Most importantly, we keep traditions alive from the generations that came before us. All of our recipes have been passed down to us and we love sharing our heritage and passion for food with others.
